Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and delivery is subject to carrier availability and network conditions.

How to Opt Out

You may withdraw your consent at any time using any of the following methods:

• SMS: Reply STOP to any SMS message from xrai labs. You will receive a one-time confirmation, after which no further promotional SMS messages will be sent.
• Email: Click the “Unsubscribe” link included in any marketing email, or contact us directly at support@xrailabsteam.com.
• All channels: Contact us at support@xrailabsteam.com to request removal from all communications.

Please allow a reasonable time for us to process your opt-out request. Opting out of promotional communications will not affect transactional messages such as appointment confirmations, billing statements, or legally required notices.
